5. Delays & Customs

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

xorevyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

However, we are happy to assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.
