At xorevyn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items caused after delivery
- Items returned after 30 days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly shipped
To request an exchange, contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a customer decision (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, xorevyn will cover return shipping or provide a solution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
